 When it comes to buying bulk portfolios, WWM Exchange has broken down the process into five simple steps.
We invite you to bid on any of our listed offerings, which can be found under the “Current Portfolios” tab. Here you will find brief descriptions of the portfolios available for bidding.
Step 1
To become an authorized bidder, click on the “Log In | Register” tab and follow the instructions provided. You will be presented with a Bidder Profile Questionnaire, which we must have on file to finalize authorization and grant access to information on the assets available for bidding.
Step 2
Read and accept the confidentiality agreement for each portfolio you are interested in buying.
Step 3
Upon approval, you will have access to all due diligence information, including asset summaries, loan documents, data tape, offering solicitation and the bid form. You can view our sample portfolio for examples.
Step 4
Complete the bid form and submit your bid.
