 With just five steps, you can start building your REO portfolio and begin bidding on individual assets available.
Step 1
Become an authorized bidder by clicking on “Register” and following the instructions. Once we’ve received your information, we will email your approval, allowing you to log in to the WWM Exchange trading floor and start building your own REO portfolio.
Step 2
Once you are logged in, you can browse through the list of individual assets here at williamsauction.com. These assets will appear on a spreadsheet sorted by Bid Amount, Address, City, State, ZIP Code, Property Type, Property Details and End Date. Click on the “View” link next to an address to open a Property Detail page with more details, like images, disclosures, any applicable HOA documents and a sample contract.
Step 3
Submit a bid on an asset by entering the whole dollar amount of your bid in the box labeled “Bid Amount.” You may submit a bid next to one or more assets within the REO portfolio, but you may not include any conditions or contingencies with your individual asset level bids. The seller has the right to reject the bid on any property, and all properties are sold “As Is, Where Is.” You should complete any and all due diligence prior to submitting your bid. An insurable title will be provided on each asset.
Step 4
You will not be permitted to refresh or update your bid after you submit it unless you receive a notification that you need to raise your bid. The “raise bid” notification indicates your bid did not meet the seller’s minimum requirements or that you have been outbid.
Step 5
Once your bid has been accepted by the seller, we will contact you via email or phone and let you know. You will be sent a contract and must electronically sign and return it, along with your down payment, within 48 hours. NOTE: If the required documentation is not received within 48 hours, the seller may, in its sole and absolute discretion, deem the bid to be null and void and terminate the sale.
The seller may even disqualify you from future sales or even initiate legal action against you, so please don’t bid unless you are ready to move forward.
