We conduct a competitive indicative bid phase to determine which bidders qualify to participate in due diligence. We then discuss bids with the client and invite two or more final bidders to complete comprehensive due diligence and provide a final, non-contingent bid. The winning bidder will then be decided and will execute the previously negotiated Purchase and Sale Agreement. The decision for all phases are based on various factors including bid level, negotiated contract terms and our experience with the prospective buyers.
Bids are accepted from pre-approved prospective buyers on an asset level via the supplied on-line bid form. Bidding rules and time lines will be defined in the portfolio specific offering memorandum.
We have created a special designation for buyers that can and do perform at a high and trusted level consistently. These "Market Makers" are afforded additional benefits including access to off-market offerings.
All registered and approved bidders on the WWM Exchange platform submit their buying preferences. We then compile these preferences and notify the bidder immediately any time an asset matching their preferences is listed on the platform.
